QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY
The Quality and Food Safety Policy consists of carrying out all its activities with dedication to the quality and food safety of the product. Its priority is to promote a food safety culture that is integrated into all processes.
The organisation has adopted a set of process management principles in order to achieve its objectives.
- Focus on the customer - promoting the fulfilment of their needs and expectations by continuously improving the quality of the products and services provided;
- Satisfaction of all stakeholders (employees, customers and suppliers);
- Continuous improvement and innovation of products so that they are a benchmark in the market;
- To ensure that our products are innocuous and free from toxicity, we commit ourselves to identifying, evaluating and controlling the dangers and risks related to Food Safety (FS) in accordance with the requirements stipulated by the H.A.C.C.P. methodology;
- Commitment to continuous improvement of the FSMS, in accordance with ISO 22000;
- Compliance with all applicable FS requirements, statutory and regulatory, and others to which the company subscribes applicable to the sector of activity;
- Ensure proper communication in the food chain;
- Promoting the continuous development of employees by providing them with the necessary training, resources and responsibilities to carry out their duties in accordance with the FSMS."
